Sad & beautiful at the same time!
A friend of mine's dad has jut finished a 100% ground up restortion on a 1937 Packard Super-8. The car is in 100% stock condition but also completely rebuilt. His side project for the past year or so has been taking a rusted and almost useless 1940 Packard Ambulance (about this shape when he started, but with coachwork by Henney) & he's shortened it by about 4 feet and made it into a panel delivery for his body shop. I'll post pictures of it soon...

Well I'm almost in the middle of the U.S. It might be a little drive to get there.. So I'll see you about suppertime, sometime next Month.. lol.. I would love to visit your area..!! You could show me all you and your Dads treasures..!! and then we could roadtrip to Patina Heaven..!! "Patina" Thats a good name for a gallery category .. I just called mine Rusted Metal..
