When I looked outside Monday morning and saw all the snow, I was like, I'm drawing a Froslass >:U
We had like three days off this week because of snow so I worked on this a lot.
Basically it's a long-cat whispy Froslass in Route 217, with Ice Rock. The pose was based off of a panel in the manga where Candice's Froslass is like, fwoosh fwoosh. Snow Cloak is Froslass' ability by the way. It boosts evasion when hailing, hence the transparency. I was trying to make it look somewhat like a Yuki-onna (the ghost it's based off of).
If you have any suggestions I'll take them because I was thinking about changing a few things on this, like the lineart and signature for example... : O

Took a few hours and was done in SAI (the best program ever) and has 7 visible layers
