purpleartichoke — Shoes

Description these shoes used to be checkered. I had to paint over them with gesso to get cover the checkers and to cover the tar that I stepped in ;_;

all shoes that I purchase for shoe commissions will be all white at the time of purchase, so I will NOT gesso the shoe, so the shoes won't be "flaky."

I used copic markers, acrylics, and sakura micron pens.

I will use prisma colour markers as well as copic on shoe commissions. If you are interested please check out my journal for details.

I did I used a paint sealant on them, and they've lasted pretty well.

nope, I put a sealant on them! I stepped in a huge puddle yesterday, and my shoes were fine

well i took an old pair of shoes and painted over the tar and then used markers on them. it didn't cost anything for me, but the markers were about $6.00 each
