it is a open source universe devlopment project, the basic theory is that when people get together and build things under a single banner great things can be created

it focuses on single project, but this is to its advantage somewhat and helps set the site apart from others of its type

so basically anythng is allowed as long as it fits the universe being created

i just want people to contribute things to the webstie

since its a wiki anyone can edit it

just click the create a new article button on the side

there arerule (but they are not very strict)
