From Puella Magi Madoka Magica - how to make a grief seed. Sayaka's is the most popular request I've had, and it turns out I was making one for someone just as someone asked for a tutorial. Would it be okay to ask exactly what way you strung the 20 gauge wire through the bead; I'm working on making a Grief Seed and seem to be having some trouble with that part.

No problem!ย What seems to be the problem for you?ย Is it too tight to fit it all?ย The hole in the bead you are using may not be big enough for 20 gauge to go through that many times.ย For mine, I pulled it through until it was too tight to pull through, then I had to use pliers to force it though a lot more, then pull it tight on the other end.ย You definitely need to use pliers--hands are too slippery and can't grip as well.ย Hopefully that helps--let me know if you have other questions or can't seem to resolve the wire problem.

Might I ask what a grief seed is?
and a soul gem, like Iยดve seen in your gallery? oO

They are both items from an anime, Puella Magi Madoka Magica. It's a dark magical girl series. I won't give away exactly what they are, in case you want to watch it. But basically, grief seeds are the items which represent witches (the bad guys) and soul gems represent the magical girls (good guys). Kind of like how Sailor Moon has the silver crystal.
