Before 117 was a detective he was a normal cop cyborg. Or something.I've been reading Appleseed, and it makes me want to perhaps give 117 a one-shot and play with more late 80s-ish 90s-ish manga style.

i think you should make the one-shot mostly because it sounds interesting but maybe to show more of the longarm setting(world) as well
