Obtaining a handle to ensure a tight grip, the wand Simon uses is treated like her partner in crime. The pearl-like carved flower at the end of the handle is suppose to remind them to stay pure, humble, and chivalrous if they get over-confident of themselves.

BIOGRAPHY
[History]
Simon lived in a middle-class household within Britain. She was the type of kid that stuck her nose into big books and puzzles. Her parents saw that she was a bit different from the other kids at elementary school, deeming her as 'eccentric.' She was a quick learner that wanted to talk about adult topics and wanted to become aware of what's happening in the world. This led to other children being unable to understand her that well to respond back to her statements. But the educated child was still accepted by her two loving parents and that was all she needed. However, they hoped for her to live a normal innocent childhood. What helped was that their daughter became very fascinated by fantasy literature when she was introduced to fairy tales. Simon would sometimes pretend to be a variety of characters that she would find 'heroic.' Luckily, she was finally able to get along with others as a normal kid by playing around and pretending to fight off evil.During her childhood, she had a pet bird named Richard who she grew very close to. But when his time was up she was surprisingly accepting of his death during his burial. Her parents assumed that any kid would cry when they lose a friend. Though one night they heard crying from her room, her voice was calling out to her deceased bird. In the end Simon was bottling up all her emotions to not worry her parents and expressed accidental magic in the form of making a mess out of her room. Witnessing such an event made the parents concerned but not surprised. They were actually both experienced in the wizarding world before but kept it a secret by keeping their magical ties hidden from her. Hoping Simon wouldn't bear the stress and pain that comes from it. Especially with the tension building up over the years with Muggleborns. Their worried thoughts over how fast she was growing up was to prevent her from knowing the truth, but they came to the conclusion that it couldn't be helped. That maybe Simon was born to inherit magic like they did realizing the hints that she was clinging onto it unknowingly.
The parents made it their mission to have Simon focus on the joy of the wizarding world, since they saw that she was too young to recognize the negative aspects it comes with it. Simon was very intrigued about it and wanted to know more. Her child-like behavior brought happiness to her parents' hearts. They've never seen her so happy about something before. Day by day they noticed she was straying off from the normal world as they would find her practicing magic on her own (though it'd turn out to be a mess) and reading old books from the attic where her parents kept their history of the wizarding locked away from her but right now has let let her access.At age 11 her parents knew that the day was coming where Simon will be diving into the world she truly belongs in. It was bittersweet, but they knew this opportunity would come ever since she expelled accidental magic. And so the invitation came to her to become enrolled as a student in their former school, Hogwarts. But Simon was quite hesitant at first, since she has never been separated from her family before, but she in the end she decided to go. Wanting to relieve her parents from fear and make them more confident about their Muggle blood. [Hogwarts]Before she went her parents told her that whatever house she gets in she'll still a member of Aliksteiner no matter what. They told her tales of their magical past, the challenges they went through etc. which gave Simon a mindset that she should become strong and proud in her own way. She wanted to make a rightful name and reputation for her family and become memorable through good intentions. Something like what she read from quest stories. And so was placed in the House of Gryffindor.Her experience at school made her who she is today. The first two years she wanted to cling onto the spotlight and be well-known to everyone. Growing an ego and an enjoyment in teasing others. She wanted to be the best at everything then realized she couldn't through hardships. She came into terms with herself on what type of 'hero' she wants to be, which grew an awkward and frustrating relationship between her and her wand who wanted that popularity from the start. It took awhile for them to be both in sync until both came to an agreement that the most chivalrous and kind hero is the flashiest and coolest of all. Still today, they still bicker at each other when they have different views on something. The next years she raised herself to try to be more mature though it is still in the works. Now she gets embarrassed if people bring up how rowdy and naive she was in the beginning, now that she's more tamed and quiet. Her new pet was given the name similar to her last one, Ricardo. And she wants to create many memories with him as much as possible while also showering him with love.[Views]Simon speaks in a simple-minded tone of this but shows no laughing matter towards the situation. Believes that magic is just another character trait people have, plain and simple. And that it doesn't make more or less of a person than they are at the moment. The thought of her own kind being treated poorly due to their lack of magic infuriates her overall since everyone has their own personal flaws in the end. Is fully aware of how hypocritical she is since her kind has done their share of cruel things towards wizards. But the proof of Half-bloods existing is something she wants to place her faith in that maybe someday both sides will accept each other. And so she doesn't view Pure-bloods as her enemy. Lastly, she has grown a sense of duty from this. Wanting to make a difference, this is from hearing that she is going to have a little brother.
