Very nice shading, and I like the way you drew the armor (More form fitting than the original, and the shoulders actually make sense.), but the helmet looks wrong to me, the glass of the visor is too small, and the "forehead" MUCH too wide, though that's more of a design problem than a technical one.
One other thing is that her left arm (The one without the canon.) is just a bit off, the lower half should be rotated slightly more towards her belly with the hand in that pose.
Other than that, though, it's really nice.
