R2 for UBF seemed really generous (2 months for at least 4 pics) but a lot of guys I know, including myself upped the scope a lot. I can't imagine how anyone can handle both UBF and BFOI concurrently (part of the reason I didn't join BFOI was cos' I'd already planned on focusing solely on UBF 2011).
