Hidoriko in her ninja outfit. She has a ninja trick to re-form her clothing/hair in an instant, so she's able to quickly switch between oiran and ninja appearances. She still has some oiran hints in her ninja outfit.

She's a kinetic shinobi (a 3rd party class for Pathfinder which is pretty cool). It's a type of ninja who create weapons out of elements. HIdoriko makes huge war fans out of flame.
