I have a Dex Entry for him: Scyboo are feared by both Pokemon and Humans. They live in forests and silently stalk anyone who enter their territory and will let out a terrifying shriek and will lash out with their Scythe like hands while the "intruder" lets their guard down from the fright they recieved.

Awesome, like a few others of yours! Yet another Dex entry suggestion:
Scyboo seem to be able to look into your soul. The scythes on they'r hands/arms can cut down large trees. Wood farmers use these pokemon as workers to help them collect wood, although the meschevious nature of Scyboos tend to cause them to dissappear on their owners and pull pranks on them.
