Mwahahaha!
You could say this was a slight re-vamp of my previous concept ... Anyway, here's the write-up:

Name: Deoxys
Classification: DNA Pokémon
Type: Psychic
Ability:
Sig. Move: Void Burst [Type. Psychic | Pow. 100 | Acc. 100]
Dex Entry: This strange Pokémon was created when a Deoxys integrated the Berserk Gene from Mewtwo's DNA into its own genome. Luckily, a scientist at #Cinnabar-Lab discovered how to suppress the Pokémon and remove the gene, reverting it back into its original forme. In the research, it was also noted that due to its extreme, unstable psychic abilities, it has only one consistent move it can use, Void Burst. Each usage changes its other three moves to any three random moves, as well as inflicting damage.

In the picture, it's using Void Burst [the black lightning]. There is also a whole back-story to this guy involving Mewtwo, and a couple of epic clashes - but that's another story for another time.

Not half bad, this would be like 2/3rds of a Fuzemon that I should have NEVER made.... whatever possessed me to make it I will never know. Take this and mix Darkrai into it and ALL of Mewtwo, not just one particular gene. The creation was christened Daewaxeo [link]

Ummmm... I don't know.... what.. to say.... Except that it just doesn't fallow the color pattern, isn't proportional, and what up with its arm!? Sorry, I'm a big critic, I'm thinking that should be my job after I'm done with scool.

Obviously it's mostly in Mewtwo's colours, its arm is like DNA, and it's as proportional as I want it to be!

Well, I would keep the DNA arm, I don't like the other arm though. The other arm might become a data spew instead. Black static looks a bit messy, sry. Its not that I don't like it, its just something I wouldn't think of making. I would take the deoxys colors and put them in other places. Make it blue green instead of red. The gem can stay, but it should've been a bit smaller. I'm sry if I angered you. Its just it doesn't look like one of its forms. You could also rename it a special form, and it has high special attacks/defence.

I'm not offended, you're entitled to your opinion. Anyway, it's not one of Deoxys normal formes, its Deoxys after having incorporated Mewtwo's DNA, and the black lightning is a sign that it is quite unstable. I also thought a big red gem would emphasise this point, and well, maybe if I explained the back-story it'd make more sense... But I wont, for now.
