i dunno, On the Last Day when the Zebras fired Balefire Bombs and Equestria retaliated with Megaspells, Twilight was in Maripony working with making Artificial Alicorns ,when the bombs fell, Trixie was completely submerged and became a monstrosity that would later forcefully drag Twilight into the vats to apparently merge with her in becoming The Goddess.

It was a tongue in cheek question. Then again if you think about it a bit, what did happen to Twilight's body? The Goddess controlled her mind but its a good bet she reused her body as a Alicorn early on. It was a resource that early on and one not to be wasted. Myself I always kind of figured it was the half mad one Littlepip found in Canterlot. But its a guess. The Alicorns after the death of the Goddess (and those in Canterlot) did sort of begin to remember there original memories a bit. The death of her original body would explain why an Alicorn Twilight didn't arise after the Goddess died.

I actually did something similar. In Fallout: New Vegas i would frequently catch myself singing the Ink Spots song "I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire." Usually this happened when i was doing something crazy or violent, my favorite part being when i caught myself singing it when i was beating a group of bandits with a lead pipe trying to see how many giblets i could get out of thee people.
Oddly enough i did the same thing in Skyrim while doing one of my more curious habits of checking the bodies of people i killed with arrows to see if they actually did receive a lethal wound, quietly singing "One More Soul to the Call" as i was trying to determine if my arrow would have pierced the heart of a random Nord bandit.
