It’s a drawing I did for a contest on the french facebook page of SquareEnix. It was a challenge to paint an underwater set and all the details of the clothes.The "sparkles" seems to be confetti, but they are not, it's just a kind of floating particles... >_<

I can try to explain, it's with a blue layer, one layer with the filter named "cloud" and the "plastic wrap". It's not easy to explain >w< !
