I did this pic for my best friend, she is a fan of the saga and love this game. I never actually play it but she tell lot about the story, so I recognize things even without never playing the game XD also, the remix came out some days ago and that's pretty awesome o_OĀOn tumblr

I loved FFX, t'was a beautiful game with creativity and imagination, but FFX-2 was just a mishap. Where did the idea of turn one of the most elegant, wise and good-natured girl in not only in FFX but in all the FFs, into a treasure hunter that sings in concerts and wields guns? Stark/Lilinette would be spinning in their graves xD
Now, I am for the idea of Yuna and Rikku searching Spira for clues to bring back Tidus, but the combination of the dressphere system, turning beloved FFX girls into Dress Simulator 2003, the radical change in personality in all of them, the useless quest of stopping the next big weapon that threatens Spira, the fact you need to sit through countless hours just to get to the one good scene in the game, and need I say more on the massaging mini-game?, all make FFX-2 one hell of a misfire >.< Couldn't they have a game where Tidus, Auron, Jecht and Braska on the Farplane and Yuna, Rikku, Wakka and Lulu on Spira working on both ends to make a way back to Spira? Kind of like KH Dream Drop Distance, minus the forced exit scenario. Wouldn't that have been good?

Tidus gets injured and can't play blitzball.
He's too easy going for yuna who becomes priestess again.
She finds him being friendly with another woman (not cheating just being friendly) she's fed up and breaks up with.Ā She leaves on an adventure to fight sin....whos back for some reason
Oh and when they're walking on the beach tidus kicks a blitzball which is actually a bomb and it blows up in front of his face killing him.
I swear to crap that I'm not making this up.
I've checked a number of different summaries and they all say similar things.

It's a rough translation / summary.
So not only is the entire purpose of x1 undone (freeing the world of sin) but so is the purpose of x2 (friendship + getting tidus back)...
Oh did I mention that YRP drift apart and realize that they became friends in the heat of battle but that doesn't translate to times of peace so they keep their distance but meet each other every once in a while.
Oh and tidus is dead again....so....yea....-_-
Seriously....with this and their focus on social games I think that they're trying to either make us want to burn their headquarters down, test to see if fan rage can psychically kill them or get the people who didn't hate or liked (me) ff x13 to hate the number 13 (it was x-3).
If they release it in english I'm not buying it.Ā Eff that.Ā They might as well have made a puzzle book and when you fit the pages just right it looks like a hand giving the buyer the middle finger.
