FINALLY getting around to posting these...
This is my Boomer (Courier 6) OC, Aime
Aime was born and raised as, but a series of events finds her outside of Nellis' gates, and her journey begins. Her story is being written, so therefore her bio stops where it does.
I probably will create some sort of background for her image as it took me FOREVER to draw. -.-; Boomer Gear is ridiculous in details....

Cool, though I see she had lots of implants and intense training? 12 SPECIAL stats over the default... XD
So how does this Boomer heritage work ingame? Seeing they see the Courier as outsider.

She has all of the SPECIAL raising implants and I did a few intense trainings to get her stats up for specific perks.
Convoluted backstory and she was mistaken to be dead 10 years prior to the 2281 storyline. No kne believes she returned, and being out in the world so long, there is a high level of mistrust and she has to earn her place behind Nellis' gates.
At least that's how I interpret it.

7 implants and 5 intense trainings.
I guess that can kinda explain it, but it just doesn't quite sit right with me.
But that's just my opinion. XD

I haven't played it in forever, but I think there was some item modifiers as well...

I don't think the boomer outfit gives SPECIAL stats. :\
Though she could have gotten some from perks. XD
OWB + 1 or 2 Strength (Spineless or reinforced spine, respectfully)
Lonesome road finisher + 1 to any SPECIAL stat
As I said that was just my own opinion.
