What about Halray? Do any of y'all remember Halray? Gosh I sure hope not because that thing was pretty terrible!
Like their previous stage, Halray enjoy playing with fire. Unlike their previous stage, that "play" is better known as "borderline arson" by most humans. Halray are devilishly difficult to appease and control, most of them much preferring to set fires or throw things around with their psychic powers (or throw flaming things around with their psychic powers, even) than to play nice. Considering even their evolved forms tend to chase them out of groups it's a bit of a tricky choice for new trainers, but as long as you've treated your Telerond well and can keep it occupied with battles and the like after its evolution, you'll probably be all right. Probably.
...evolve it fast if you value your personal property. (That, or I suppose you could direct its attention to people you don't like!)
