I completely disagree. I prefer the black leather catsuit. I think it's cooler, sexier, and sleeker a costume. That, and this one was ruined for me. Forever. By someone who never stopped crapping on the black costume and whining that the purple costume is her One True Outfit. Seriously. So yeah. I liked this one well enough at first, but now I can't stand it. It's been ruined for me forever. But, even before it was, I still don't prefer this to the black costume.Β

Even if Jim Lee drew the 1990s purple suit I still wouldn't love it. Again, a person on this site who I despise ruined it for me for the rest of forever. Period. Now I can't look at this suit without it bringing back the bad memories.Β

I was referring to Jim Lee's black leather outfit,Β Spider-Bat700 Β and supposedly DC's coming up with an animated movie on the Hush graphic novel but have yet confirmed that.

It comes next year based on what was mention at the SDCC but have yet come up with the cast of the movie. And it's also my favorite Batman as well, especially since Catwoman finally knows Batman's true identity prior to Rebirth.

It's all subjective. There's nothing about this particular costume that I find especially inspired. It just makes me harken back to the contemporary comics of my childhood, the characters and images that kept me coming back for more. Pure nostalgia.

Yeah, nostalgia's a big thing. I myself regard a lot of things I have nostalgia for as being some of the best stuff ever. Of course, I like to think that even granting my nostalgia-fueled bias, I'm still justified in liking the things I do because they're legitimately good.Β
