We do not know that for sure because Dragon Ball GT is fake, non-canon, made by Toei Animation, and wasn't made by Toriyama the original DB series writer and drawer.
Toriyama have NO involvement of making GT except drawing couples of characters.

I never watched Dragon Ball GT and have heard about it that makes me want to watch it even less. But, I have heard/seen clips about Vegeta being dotting to Bra.
I'm aware of Toriyama's lack of involvement of making GT.
It was my take of the comic above. Vegeta was playing with Bra when Trunks came in and destroyed the set. Vegeta saw it and punched Trunks in retaliation. Bulma heard the commotion and wasn't buying Vegeta's lie that Bra did it. She probably wanted Vegeta to apologize to Trunks for hitting him and probably have Trunks apologize to Bra and Vegeta for destroying the set. Or, something like that.
I did not make any connection to GT by my comment, only what I gathered by the comic.
