I can't say I agree with giving critiques the cold shoulder. 
And I think perhaps "don't look up at other artists" could be phrased better. I realise English may not be your first language, but that one almost sounds insulting D: so maybe something like "don't waste time gawking" as a title could soften it.
Otherwise, that's pretty good. Good job.

It seemed more to me like, "don't let rude people bring you down simply because they don't like your style," rather than, "don't use critiques to improve."

Mm it was more the examples that were used-- "look at the nose" and "the camera is crappy". The first one doesn't sound that insulting, it sounds like it's raising some point about the nose. The second just sounds like image quality issues, like grain or jpeg articfacts. It could be an insult, but I dunno, a better insult could have been picked. D:
I agree, I think that's what was meant to be said, but the examples lead me first to think otherwise.

I think the camera one is pretty accurate, though. I mean, quality issues are legit, but for the most part, if a photographer wants to use a cheaper camera because they choose to or have to, it's really fine. It's like using photoshop to blend instead of Sai. Or paint to create line-art--there will be quality issues, but it's still the artist's choice.
Overall, though, I agree with you. More insulting examples would be good... Also pointing out that instead of letting it discourage you, you should feel empowered by someone helping.

That's also true. The artist has told me that they were short on time when they were making this, so hopefully they'll update it later

I love drwaing... I draw pretty often... but... I feel like I am scared of drawing. It's hard to describe, but it's just like... I can't draw more. You can also look on my newest deviantion (I mean not that abstract thingy xD)... you see? Side! look on the other... side!! You see it now? I am not good in drawing more! I don't know how to draw a body! How to put myself to do it... to even just try it! Help me... I have no idea where should I start...

dont look at how others try to draw heads, learn the structure and apply it on ur drawing.
