Description This is an encore of my previous image. I was heading back to the car as I felt there wasn't anything left to shoot. I turned my head and saw this faint orange glow at the horizon and saw a small area of the shore that was just jagged rocks. Once I got down there I began shooting and saw that the slightly longer exposure picked up more colors than what I had seen. I was delighted to have captured this scene and the colors that appeared. Lesson in life, never leave until it's completely dark!

fantastic image... light, color, comp... all excellent. there are a lot of great sunsets, but the rocks in the foreground really make this image stand out for me...

Beautiful, fantastic, and I am so glad you turned back. Wait until dark is good advice, except in dark alleys. This is one beautiful picture, and it's wonderful you know how to get the most out of your camera and take longer exposures.
