Description Korra was the hardest of all three. I must have redrawn her face a dozen times! But the thing I actually like about this is the way the hand turned out. One of those magical moments I get once every decade or so where something turns out exactly as I picture it. Korra's hand is that for me.

I bought a poster/print of this at the Otakuthon last year and since then it's been on my wall near my bed. Gotta say i'm so happy I got it , it's super awesome and cool !

Hands at that angle are suuuper haaard, you did a great job on it! I also love the hints of blue smeared into her skin and hair. c:

Thanks! Yeah initially I had a very simple post but since these portraits were also an excuse to practice hands I was like "NO! PUSH YOURSELF!" and tried something new. Keen eye you got there, noticing the blue too . I was experimenting painting the three's colors into the skin. Mako was the easiest, obviously. Bolin I had to repaint it all cuz unfortunately the green just made him look sickly... ^_^ Thanks for the comments!

Haha, I always love background colours painted into skin and clothes - it really adds colour harmony. Yeah, green does have that problem. No worries, thanks for the +watch!
