I had loads of fun doing this! It was a great de-stressor AND good practice! I have to say, may absolute favorite part of this entire picture has to be Magikarp 
Info. About the process:
- All on one layer
- Took approx. 6 hours or so (give or take) and yes that is 'speedy' for me
- it's my 3rd time experimenting with an environment scene
- Inspired by Jiayi's pokemon art
- Photoshop CS4/Wacom Tablet Intuos 4
