Sometimes I like to emphasize that the show is about friendship, not ponies. This pic acknowledges the friendship, yet still leaves out Twilight's closest, oldest, and most loyal friend. I appreciate the work you put into it, but I hate no love for the pic itself.

awesome! one tiny mistake, cutie marks are on only one side but twilight's is on both sides. you might've been confused cause in the show it seems like they're on both but thats just so the animators/drawers dont have to remember which side the cutie mark goes on.

thats what i thought too but then i read this:
When it comes to toys, My Little Ponies only have their cutie mark on one side. However, all of the ponies in Friendship is Magic really only have one side--whenever their "other" side is shown, it's simply a flipped version. It would be more trouble for the animators to make a blank flank for each pony and then keep track of which side is supposed to be the one with the cutie mark, so they went for this simple solution.
