Description Kindle Woods, mapped by Wind Gale. This one took ages to get right, the pallets, that is. I think I've finally got it perfect now, by editing the forest grass slightly.
Credits, Alucus, Kymotonian, Alistair, Reck and someone else I can't remember the name of

Update: Fixed entrance building shadows. Changed trees.

Update2: Added fog, now you can see what it'll be like in game.

It looks very nice I like the pallet, as you said. The colors do look nice together.

However, as Alucus said, I would work on making it a little less symmetrical. Nature is definitely not symmetrical. Instead of putting each section of trees in a straight line or block, move out a couple of the trees and give some variation. Have some more trees leading into the rest of them.

On the grass that is lighter, try making that varied as well. A path wouldn't always be perfectly square.

I do really like your grass and flower placement. The variation in the types of trees is nice also

With all the blue colors, i have to admitt it looks like a very peacfull and pretty forest! I hope that the legendary is catchable?? Oh, and pehaps, (you dont have to, no one is forcing you) if you can get the game for Wii or Xbox? That would be nice but i know the graphics might have to change then....But really you dont need to, im happy enough from your work. I know you will be able to get a sucsessful game up and at it!

The legendary will be catchable later in the game, but for now I'm keeping that part under wraps. Sadly, as this is a fan game, it would be illegal for me to put it on a profit making service such as the Wii or 360.

ok that makes sense and that would be funny if they did get lost. My last and final questions (Or so)
1)- Where on my computer is the game?
2) Is there a certain place or should it be a shortcut?

I do like it but once again its quite square, the thing to go for when making any map especially a forest, is to make it look as natural as possible, so make the trees a little more random, The grass placement is very nice indeed, and your right the pallet looks amazing especially the blue flowers, do you think you could explain the blue tree though???

I know what you mean, the southern entrance, west and southern side do need some randomisation. Thanky you, I actually started out with one part of grass for every "junction", then moved out randomly. Thanks again.
South of here is Larcoon city, a few days before, a legendary appeared, it used a new move which flooded half of Larcoon. The energy from this move sent shock waves around the area, sending stuff blue. It'll make more sense in the demo.

Ahh I see now, its a nice idea, sort of like a radiation that the pokemon lets off

Sort of like that. I haven't thought of anything else to do with it but the blue and that it's a water type yet.

Possibly Dew? Also, the building is blurry, because when you added it to the tileset it was added incorrectly. Try changing it one pixel to the right or left or up or down and it'll look normal again, I presume. I like it though, it has the style of a Nintendo map but yet the graphics are different. Nice job!

No, it's the one blue tree. I had a look at the building again, and it isn't one pixel out of the tile set, it's just an odd number. I'll try and fix it. Thany you

No problem... I had the same problem too when making tilesets.
