No seriously, ever realize how many people do these comments:"cool"
"awww cute"
"Nice!"
"Cute!"
"wow :3"
and so so many more, most being in text-speak.
First off; cool, cute, and nice aren't comments.
Second that's not even trying. Most are either lacking caps or punctuation if not both.
Is typing things like:
"That's really cute."
"Haha, wow, this looks really cool!"
"Oh wow, awesome job!"
etc
really that hard?
Make it a sentence and put a few extra seconds into it. It's not that hard to write a simple sentence.

I'm working on it nowadays. I tend to suck at comments, so I just end up favoriting stuff instead. But I don't leave those one-word comments (unless I'm REALLY blank) and punctuation has always been a big thing with me.

Tell me about it. I made a short comic that's supposed to be funny, and these two people commented:
"SHOOPDAWOOP"
and
And that's it.
I'm like, "Geez, is saying 'oh my god, this is hilarious!' too hard?"

I see a lot of hate towards people who comment quoting a funny line or scene in a video or comic, but they aren't near as annoying as everyone says they are.
What's most annoying is single word comments on those things like "cute", "lol", "funny", "nice", and so on. At least quoting a line tells us what the person found funny/mentionable.

Yeah, I normally don't mind those, but if that's all they're saying, it's not really helping...Especially since the comic I mentioned has nothing to do with Shoop Da Whoop...although now that I think about it, it does involve a laser. But no trolling in it though. :/

That's like saying breathing's too hard so they should just stop doing that. How we speak forever effects who we are, how far we get, who likes and dislikes us, etc.
