Description
A commission I finished a while back for ~Seaff of her characters, Ujah and Xarhiji.
They were quite a bit of fun to draw, but I faced quite a tricky dilemma in posing them, as I wanted their personalities to show through. For those who are curious, Ujah is the female in the background and Xarhiji the sitting male.

She is quite wonderful, isn't she? What I wouldn't give for my art to look half as clean.
I always worry I do too much graphite, but perhaps if I do some with backgrounds, I won't feel so guilty, lol. Maybe some old tree studies in addition to my usual character/species drawings will make them feel more completed? Who knows... I've always been so attached to my character studies.
I loved drawing these two, and I'm glad they show at least a hint of their character here.

They have great personality in just their poses, though telling gender is impossible for me, in this vaguely leonine shape.

It is a little tricky to tell them apart here... that, and my feline anatomy skills, I fear, are still lacking a bit. I ought to do some more practice studies.

I did a lot of this in a larger lead, so I had to grab up my mechanical pencil for those little bits.
(I swear, once I get some more things out of my way that I will do more composition studies for you. At least I haven't forgotten, but still!
