Oh, you were a vampire, and I may never see the light.

First off: I love the vamp's pants. They're too cool. ^^

Second: I really love this pose. It's unusual, and very intimate, even for a vampire bite. Combined with the sheet below them, the rose, and, of course, the blissful face of the victim (oh, the pleasures of the kiss, eh?), makes this a rather sensual piece, and I love it.

Third: The vamp's face. He has a look somewhere between pausing in a feeding frenzy, to realization of the horrible thing he's done, and I really like that.

Awesome piece!

Thanks!

And I really like the contrast thing with vampires. Nearly everyone else, heck even including nice pretty werewolves, are pretty obviously MONSTERS in big friendly letters. Vampires are a lot more contrasty, where they go between being these ludicrously sexy elegant types and being MONSTERS in big letters.

Quite welcome. ^^

That is the fun of vampires, I agree. It's an interesting dichotomy to their being. Except for the Nosferatu. They've kind of got "monster" on caps lock, if you take my meaning.

Love that song. And this is a great, unconventional vampire pose that stands apart.

Thanks! I've noticed that high angle stuff tends to be more unusual and really dramatic.
