The KREW as a music band!I found these doodles that were a long time in my notebook. Hope you like it ^^
Korra is playing matouqin (Morin khuur)
Asami is playing Dizi
Mako is playing Taiko

I've had thoughts about this for a while...I'd picture Korra and her gang to be like Pink Floyd!
Mako as Guitarist David Gilmour
Bolin as Drummer Nick Mason
Asami as Keyboardist Rick Wright
And Korra as Bassist Roger Waters!

My first idea was to draw them as a rock band, but then I thought it would be better to draw them with Asian musical instruments

Given the show's animation style, that sounds about right. I've also thought they might be a band called Korra & The Chaotics! Korra would play lead guitar, Asami would play keyboards, Mako would play bass and share the lead vocals with Bolin on drums!

I dont know why but when I saw this I started thinking them doing a King Crimson cover (just replace Korra's instrument with a guitar and give Bolin a keyboard and we'd be set). But thats just me. Awesome anyway!

i've been toying with the idea to make a short animation of the new team avatar (-asami, but with tahno & the airbender kids) and bolin SO is the lead singer... he's a true showgirl at heart

Taiko drums are the most awesome things ever. Saw a live taiko band once... real dance music!
