i literally just discovered this precious music boi, i had to draw him

Multiple upgrades require something to do with an NPC, so I wanted to get that out of the way. I didn't even bother looking thru the NPCs folder after seeing Samarki, it had to happen. hes too precious oml
I couldn't really put his quatar into the picture without making it look weird, so I left it out. Pretend he's jamming out on an air quatar instead! because every bard does that obviously ..
