Description I've had Clover for almost 5 months and I haven't made any story or plot for her yet, so I might as well start now! im so b ad with this kinda thing o oof
Again, I messed around a bit with the style, with a bit more shading this time. It doesn't look terrible, but I will keep experimenting to see what I like the best. P:
I guess this is a continuation of this .

The story below is spoken from Clover's P.O.V
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

I looked outside the window briefly to see the sun setting. Another day concluded at the Nook, and another day less being here. I have been here since I was born, and now I am just making my way out. I've saved up some money over the past month or two to get my own place eventually, and I believe I nearly have enough! However, it's not quite enough yet, so I will have to spend another couple days here. I had visited the library earlier this morning to get a book. It is a book on basic magic, and the general information on everything related. You see, many other adults I see around either know magic, or are currently learning. I think it would be a great skill to acquire, so I had gotten this book to begin educating myself. Classes nowadays are a bit expensive, especially for me since I am saving for a home right now. I was walking back to my room when I had passed by Alma, whom appeared to be in a hurry.

"Hey, Alma! Do you need help with something?", I quickly asked.

She responded almost immediately with a short nod.

"As a matter of fact, yes. Clover, I have to check up on some wynglings real quick. Would you be a dear and do that for me? They should be getting ready for bed, so do try to be quiet!"

"Ah, ok. I am on it!"

She smiled at me to convey her thanks, and ran off to tend to another matter. Poor Alma is always so busy, I could not fathom running a nook myself! I popped my head in a couple of rooms and as Alma had said, the children were fast asleep. I made my way to the last room, and looked in. Everyone was asleep, except one. There was a tiny candle lit on a small table across the room, making the walls dance with flickering orange light. There was a pink wyngling sitting at it, whom appeared to be reading. Not many children here read. In fact, not every child here even knows how to speak. I quietly walked in to address the child.

"Hey there, little one. How come you aren't sleeping like the rest of your buddies over there?" I motioned my eyes from the little child to the sleeping wynglings next to us, and back to the child. The little pink wyngling looked up at me with apologetic eyes.

"O-oh, is it bedtime already? I'm so so sorry! I... just got caught up in this book and I guess I didn't notice the time!.."

Judging from her voice, and her more clearly seen physique, she was a very young girl. She wore rugged, aged glasses and had a tuft of blocky hair sitting upon her forehead. Her cheeks were beginning to fluff up, too. Her bright purple eyes poured her emotion right into my own. Gosh, she was a cutie! She was looking down at the floor while walking to her bed. I had felt kind of bad for her, so I stopped her.

"H-hey, you're not in trouble! It's not extremely late, so do not worry... Do you mind if I ask what you were reading?" I was curious. What would a child read at her age, I wonder?

"Oh, I almost finished it, but I was reading about basic arithmetic! It's really fun to practice!" She responded with a spark of enthusiasm.

Arithmetic? She must mean numbers and basic mathematics. I was honestly kind of surprised. She will certainly grow up to be an intelligent woman, I am sure of it.

"Wow, you must be quite smart! What is your name?" I asked.

"Ehehe, thank you! My name is Sigma! How about yours, miss?"

"You may call me Clover. A pleasure to meet you! Now, Sigma, let's get you to bed."

I had not realized I still had my book with me this whole time. I was planning on reading it before I went to sleep myself. Sigma quickly took notice to it. You could easily see her face light up with curiosity.

"You read, too! What is that book about, Clover?"

"Ah, I hadn't realized I had this with me! Well, this is a book on general information about basic magic. I was--"

Sigma was so interested, she cut me off unknowingly to ask more questions. I will admit, that was really adorable. I let it slide for now.

"Wowza! Magic? You are going to learn how to use magic? That is so cool!!"

"Ahaha, yes yes. Quiet down, Sigma. There are others around here who are sleeping, remember."

She got slightly embarrassed at that, and paused. However she quickly began speaking again, only whispering this time.

"Oh right, sorry sorry! So, are you going to really learn how to use magic? Which one do you want to learn?"

"Yes, I am. I thought it would be a useful skill. This is why I have this book, though. I haven't exactly decided on a specific magic to study yet.."

I never thought on which one I wanted to pursue just yet. I was hoping the book would give me some insight.

Sigma lit up, and asked, "Oh, oh! Could I possibly help you?"

I know she would be bummed if I denied, so of course I let her.

"Of course! I was planning on reading this before I went to bed myself. You are more than welcome to join me for a little bit, but you do have to go to bed soon! Sound good?"

"Yeah, alright! Thank you!"

I grabbed the lit candle off of the table and placed it on the floor. I sat down, and Sigma joined opposite of me. Whispering, I began to read aloud to her and I. Occasionally, she would stop me to ask what a certain word or term meant. I felt like a teacher answering her every question. It was... nice! It gave me such a warm, comfortable feeling. I only had a limited time at the nook left, so I decided to try and spend as much time with Sigma as possible. There is just something about her that makes me feel... influential. I don't know, perhaps it's the "Motherly Instinct" I often hear Alma mention? I was unsure, but I focused my thoughts on the book and Sigma. We read on and on, and we shortly fell asleep right where we were. The candle burnt out, which left the room dark and cold. I was asleep on the floor, book in hand. Sigma, too, was curled up in front of me. And with that, the night was concluded.
