Azami is usually calm, decently friendly, and easy going, but wary of strangers. He doesn't trust others easily and greatly dislikes taking orders from people that he doesn't know. While he is normally fairly cheerful, he is quick to irritate and anger, and will lash out when very angry.

He isn't very social and tends to keep to himself- he isn't fond of strangers being in his personal space or forced conversations. Parties and crowded get-togethers are events that he rarely attends. Christmas is his least favourite holiday, as he greatly dislikes large family parties. He hates being the center of attention. Somewhat pessimistic, he often expects the worst, and is relieved when the outcome isn't as bad as it could have been. He can be really immature and childish at times, especially at theme parks and festivals, and loves to play games.

Azami was born in a small town and lived in the country for the first few years of his life before moving to Dos Velos. His father works as a business man while his mother is a graphic designer. Taking after his mother, he went to University for a few years for design/illustration. Once he graduated University, he got a job in Las Vicio and moved there to live with his grandparents. The couple are retired business workers who own a large apartment in the city, giving Azami a rent free place to stay. While he prefers the more peaceful life that Dos Velos offers, his large family is too overbearing to live with all the time, but he tries to visit monthly.

He has a rather large family. Other then his parents, he has one older brother, one younger brother, and two younger sisters. Family events, such as Christmas parties, are a nightmare to him. Growing up, he and his siblings had many friends, but now he only stays in contact with a small handful of them.
