History: Lucien grew up in a medium income family, never really standing out in anything. He was a quiet boy, never really talking to many people, becoming the victim of others bullying quite often. He would always remain calm, never fighting back. That was, until the day he finished school. He lashed out at his main aggressor, maiming him viciously. He retained his cool calm and collected temper throughout the whole ordeal, the attack landing the bully in hospital for a considerable length of time. Lucien realized he could not return home, as he would be in serious trouble with the law, and he doubted that the bully would name him anyway. So he ran, using his savings to get himself an apartment in Las Vicio. There, he created his alternate ego, the mask he wears around others, a flirtatious, fun loving male, as opposed to his other, cold, stern self. He eventually joined the Voltaics, and when working, his cold, calm personality will shine through. He joined the Voltaics specifically to prove that he could show his strength even in a gang that consisted of type that he was weak against, wanting to turn his weakness into a strength and hoping to learn how to over come this type disadvantage.
