Nice colouring ^^ How i envy people who can colour without a mouse~ Hehh... *scurries off to get a tablet* But i would suggest that on your next attempt, try not keep the outline of the character at the same thickness. I see some parts that are really thin and some which are really thick and it gives a funny look to the whole composition. Don't just practise your colouring skills, practise your line art as well.
But you have talent ^^ with guidance, you can go really far.

I love your art and i love this pic its so awesome! but just as some constructive criticism, it looks like theres somethin a bit off with the proportion of the guys facial features, like his eyes and mouth and nose are a bit too small or squished togeather or something. though it may just be me lol
