tend to travel to foreign countries, and rumors spread about him earning money by selling illegal stuff.

jobless and sometime penniless, so he tend to find ways to get people to give him stuff (or he'll just steal, or crash at Shuten's and old kuramoto's sake store. Thats probably where you'll find him most of the time though)
