Absolutely. 
I like the little heart shaped white area on her chest, the extended green area on the back that looks like hair, and of course, glasses are always a plus in my eyes.

Lol she always wears glasses. And the bit on the back was meant to be plant like. Her cute summer like dress looks like a flower from behind. It was originallt gonna match the green bit at the front but i made it how it is now.

Yes. Shes Level 100 (only cause my gardevoir that ive had since Pokemon x came out is at that level and i love my garde) if she couldn't turn mega she'd be... Well not turning mega i guess.
