Description Hydra Gatling Rocket Propelled Grenade.

My friend Cole Jones asked for a very hard challenge, a Gatling-like rocket launcher. Both Gatling machine guns and rocket launches are known as heavy and cumbersome weapons, so, how to join them together?

The Hydra features a backpack-like structure, strapped on the back of the soldier. The bazooka is quite light, made of carbon nanotubes, and the missiles can be feed by a magazine-like structure.

It can fire a self-propelled HE or HEAT missile per second, and the back of the gun disperse recoil, making it almost a recoiless launcher.

Designed in Sketchup 8, rendered in Twilight (took almost 72 hours to render...)

Bloody, I think what he was trying to get across is that this system is set up like the recoiless rifle from WW2 and Nam. It was like a bazooka that shot artillery rounds and all the spent gas went out the back making it, well, recoiless.
Here's a link to the actual recoiless rifle...[link]

Yap, its like a recoiless rifle, but the missiles are self-propelled too, unlike some recoiless guns

Just thinking on how this weapon's recoil, might probably break the person's arm or somewhat, correct me if I'm wrong, thinking shooting calibur rounds is hard enough (to me) ; you should try making a system that will reduce the recoil completely, take the AA-12 or the AN Abakan weapon system as an example

Yap, it would. The good side it that it works as an standart bazooka, just dissipating the most of the recoil by the back. The backpack keeps it in position for the Gatling system to turn and distribute the weight to both shoulders

It Has no Back My Friend, The Gasses coming out the back cancle out any backward motion (Thats how it works... i think... Newtons... law. Its to early) But ya, Missile goes one way Gasses go the opposite, and whe whole gun system goes nowhere

Oh yes! According to Wikipedia, the only difference between Recoiless Rifles and Bazookas/RPGs is that the recoiless rifle ammo is not self-propelled, is more like a cannon, and the bazookas and RPGs ammo have fuel and can propel themselves

Oh yap, yesterday I discovered the problem... I modeled it with enormous dimensions, it makes no difference for Sketchup, because I have an infinite area to work with... but when I render it in Twilight, the program have to calculate the photons, and then size matters a lot.

I just put the scale smaller and my exosqueleton rendered 4% in half and hour
