yes, i know its not particularly well finished, that bottom star doesnt have much detail around it, but i had a few new ideas and learnt a completely new method of painting nebs with this pic, so i consider it to be a sucessful exercise. im even considering putting a couple of pointers together in a sort of mini-tutorial if people want me to share, we'll see, it very much depends on how the uni work load goes over the next week or so

oh yeah, no photomanip textures or anything like that were used in the making of this pic, its all been brushed/smudged with standard PS brushes
