Conrad Achenleck and Ples Tibenoch from HINaBN. Again.A while ago, I suggested this pairing and added that it'd be hot to see Ples licking the fang marks on Conrad's neck. Gegs wiped her bleeding nose and drew this for me. ^^
So no, Ples is not a vampire here. He's just being brave and taking the initiative.
