Description Little Yoda I made a while ago. The wax model took about two weeks to finish (on and of). It was fun and I enjoyed every minute of it. Especially the folds and stuff in his cloack were fun. I haven't done much of those so it was sort of an learning experience also. (The folds doesn't show that good from this point of wiew, I'll try to get better wiews on them. I've had some dificulties with photographing this..)
I haven't done much to it after casting; just sanded it lightly and added some patina.

This is actually a pendant, but I added the link in his neck so last minute (he was already in the casting tree) that it looks like someone hanged him when he is used as a pendant. So, a new addition to my growing family of bronze-things I do absolutely nothing with, just spread them around my bookshelf..

Bronze, lost wax casting, size ~2 cm

Very very cute! I love how you did him. I would request a Vader if you did requests! (pay you and everything)

Thank you.
And a funny thing, I actually made a really small Vader to be cast in silver not long after I made this but the cast didn't work out and the Vader never came out of it. I haven't tried again since, but now that you reminded me... I have to see what I can do about it. Because I'd love to have one myself. Maybe if I make one I could make two...

Now that I think about it, I really agree with the first comment. It does look like he could be living there.
Great work on all the detail!

A wonderful lost wax casting in bronze, and a fab setting for the photograph. Love the way you have used depth of field to accentuate Yoda!
