Description after the sun crested over mt shuksan..was time to start the journey along the chain lakes trail..first lake encountered was frozen lower bagley lake with table mountain soaking up the first light of the day.

I think you titled this one perfectly. The cool and warmth meeting in the middle is just breathtakingly beautiful. What a fantastic eye to compose this so that there are just perfect ratios of everything going on. And the little bits of sunlight spilling onto the peaks in the upper left just balance out all the ice in the foreground. Honestly, from the thumbnail, this one doesn't look like much, but when studied...is full of so many amazing elements. So well done, sweetie.
