I think he's happy...he's about to destroy something that either causes him fear or makes him hungry. Cats for all their good looks and purring ways, function in a way that sometimes does not conform to common human morality. I love my cat, but underneath all her love and fuzz is an engine of destruction!

I guessed he was happy because he was about to kill and eat something! I like how the background is similar to his coat thus demonstrating camouflage.

That kind of ferocity and power is often beautiful, but also scary. I used to say I saw God in Put 1 when he was in hunting (and killing) mode, because of the unity and purity of purpose he displayed. I stopped saying it because people thought I was nuts!

I like the stripes on this one (both the kitty and the background he seems to emerge from). It makes a nice completion and underline to the head and jaws.
The reddish feel makes it look totally on fire with dynamics (?) . If that's happy, then I don't think I want to party with him.
