rack of ribbons at a street fair

i know it's washed out in places, too dark in others; struggled with it in not really knowing exactly what i wanted, using a number of different filters before finally settling on this (a combination of 2); color has always been difficult for me - i shot almost exclusively in b/w for a dozen years or more. i think i'm about ready to go back. comments/suggestions welcome
