Actually, I think if you look closely, the horn isn't in the dragon's mouth. Rather it sits near it but not close enough to be bitten.

Sorry I wasn't clear; I did figure out you presumably didn't mean the horn to go into its mouth, but was suggesting you might want to make that clearer, since details that confuse a viewer can distract from a picture's power.
