No she is not being a jerk! Well I mean kinda |D Rosedrop is obviously happy for that in the top but is kinda confused. Then she kinda realizes what is going on and instantly wants to get out of the situation. So do not be mistaken she does appreciate what Vee did, (no matter how strange) but doesn't really know how to react.
(I'm actually happy since I'm starting to get the shape of wyngrow better)
