The eyes and the mouth look gr8 ... highly expressive ...
And the shaded faces in the back are g8 too ... creepy !
I believe u should go with the stock/tutorials thing ...

The image really makes the woman seem in distress, and unable to control her actions, hence the screaming, and makes her really seem like she's under the control of the voices, and has no choice but to follow them for the sake of her own sanity. But then again, she's lost that by now- hasn't she?
Good work on capturing such a powerful emotion in this work.

Awesome work dood! Very nice...you have a way with capturing facial expressions. I really dig the way this just feels liek its bursting at the seams with pent up frustration...you can feel it when you look at it...
If I had to really dig in and force myself to find something to critique you on, I' dsay maybe do something with the arms...maybe a little subtle dodge and burn to show a little strain in the muscles? I dunno...I wouldn't go so far as to say veins on the arms, but maybe a little more strain. That may be a model issue hehehe

Thanks Arc .... ya Iplayed with doing something with arms for two days. I tried veins, grunge, cut wrist and shadeing, nothing looked right so like a stated earlier I went the less is more.

I love the face and the hands, but perhaps you could make the arms as pale as the face, so they don't seem so out of place.

Thank you and yes I did try that I even made the shoulders pale with veins but that just didnt look right, so I went with the less is more approach with this.
