The skateboarding mini-games in Spyro are my favorite! I couldn't resist to dig up my old skateboard and try to do some cool moves on it. Though I kinda failed at it

Np. I'm trying to find a spyro costume that is similar to yours, but all I can find is the skylanders ones.

If you're looking at commercial, mass-produced costumes, whether Skylanders/LOS/classics, I highly doubt that you can get anything that's close to being a full mascot costume. Most of the ones in stores have a cheap plastic masks and are more directed for young males.
I can always explain to you in full depth of how I constructed it, and that way, you'll at least be on track to getting something more similar to mine~

This is awesome! Did you use fleece on the body??? I have been wanting to try my hand at making body suits for my costumes, but was unsure of how fleece would look.

And yes, you are correct! Fleece looks good if your making a character that isn't furry, especially reptiles/dragons. You can even use fabric paint for scales too, if you'd so like. You just have to be careful with your seams- even a small mistake can be noticeable, unlike faux fur, which you can cover up easier.

It's hard to say exactly. It's not really the costume that would be expensive, but the shipping, since it'll take at least a few boxes to ship out. Not to also mention the location is being sent out too and the option of express or ground would effect it too. However, I don't really think I'll be selling him in the near future

Man, you should have seen the little kid's reactions when I did this- they were like, "OOOHH, MOMMY, A PWURPLE DWRAGON IS SKATEBOAWDING!!!"

I was almost thinking of doing a vid of Spyro doing some skating tricks at the local skate park. Maybe in the future sometime, lol.
