Why don't they have educational lolicon in America?
edit: The quote has almost nothing to do with the picture. She isn't a boy. Moetan is a character in a series of educational books. I have one designed to teach English, in which quotes that vary from unusual to nonsensical are used to demonstrate the use of certain words. I'd be very impressed if anyone managed to learn the correct use of any English words with this book.

I came across Moetan years ago when all the Japanese fansites were suddenly pimping it like it was this wonderful new series.
...and to this day I can still barely believe it's supposed to be an educational software program. *__*

There's something about the background here I really love. The texture of the dots and the stars is really eyecatching. I love how the blue tones bring out the yellow in the outfit. The upside-down pose is really interesting, too. Eveything about this is just so vibrant looking.

I agree with what others are saying, fab colours, interesting pose. My quibble is the star brush. It just doesn't work for it..just seems tacked on and placed higgeldy-piggeldy. The other stars are great, and the circles as well, but with the smaller ones..it just seems crowded. It...sort of detracts in my opinion.
