Description What's with me doing all these half-assed sky backgrounds lately? Really.

UHH ANYWAY, I am pro-male!Portugal, but out of the possible canon designs, this was the one I liked the most. I really hope Himaruya chooses this Portugal, she looks so fierce and beautiful and unffff. ♥♥

Oh, well. This method of painting really suits me, I guess, since this was pretty fun to do~

I don't know the character, but the coloring is good! I would only work on the harsh, darker lines a bit to be softer. Nice!

I know right I loved this design! It's awesome, I wish Himaruya chooses this one. Plus hetalia needs more female characters... if Portugal ends up being female, She'll be my favourite female in hetalia with Liechtenstein.

Whoa, this not so canon Portugal is pretty good looking! I like your picture as well
But, I don't see why one should have choose between a male or a female. why can't the representation of the Nation gender bend and be both?

Well, I don't really know. I mean, you have both male and female nation representations in Scandinavia and the World, let's say, but it's not what Himaruya chose to do with Hetalia - even though, there's always Nyotalia (genderbending) and OCs people can recur to.

Esse é o meu design de Portugal preferido também apesar de ter sempre pensado em um personagem homem. Ahn, acho q agora já comecei a me acostumar com a idéia de uma mulher.
Ela ficou ótima no seu estilo de qualquer jeito. :3

Pois é. Eu ainda vejo Port como homem, mas dentre os designs que o Himaruya fez... Sei lá, eu até gostei daquele do cabelo mais comprido e escuro, é mais parecido com o que eu imagino, mas parece que ele não gostou muito desse design, fazer o quê? Também fui me acostumando e hoje, em questão de canon, quero muito que seja ela.

É capaz que ele escolha algum totalmente diferentes daqueles que ele postou. xD Gosto do de cabelo comprido também. Se ele escolher um dos dois ficaria bem satisfeita...

Contanto que não seja um muito diferente do que a maioria dos fãs espera... por exemplo, aqueles dois designs de cabelo mais claro ficaram muito bonitinhos, mas nenhum deles tem cara de Portugal pra mim e pra maioria das pessoas que vi comentando.

Concordo com a sua opinião (e a de muitos outros) sobre esses designs. Ele poderia utiliza-los como inspiração para outros personagens, mas pra portugal não dá. :/

Pois é. A menina, além de ser parecida até demais com a Ucrânia por causa do corte e da cor do cabelo, é fofinha demais - Portugal mulher faria mais o estilo destemida, na minha opinião. Assim como aquela outra versão masculina, que tem cara de metido a valente. Imagino Port atual um pouco mais quieto do que aquele, se for homem, então não combina. D:

Não associei muito com a Ucrânia não. Para mim tem mais a ver com ela ser fofinha de mais com um jeito meio hiperativo sei lá. Eu vejo o personagem de Portugal sendo um pouco mais maduro/a e quieto/a como você disse.

GOOD GOD I LOVE THE PAINTING HERE. The earring looks a little our of place though, but the shading on the boobs is marvelous.
