Taking a cue from Red-Rum-18's idea, i decided to develop the Outsiders!Left to right:

Outsiders
The members of the Justice League come across multiple incidents where known super villains and assassins that they have captured are released on grounds of Diplomatic Immunity. Further investigation reveals that these "ambassadors" are from a newly recognized nation of Zandia. Its Ruler, Lady Zand is in possession of a natural resource that the entire world is trying to get its hand on which is why she is allowed to use these super powered beings to protect her interests. The united governments agree that her soverignty is not to be challenged on her own soil, until she provides them with the refined resource as promised. Any attempt of any member of the Justice League to cross her boarders will be veiwed as an act of war. Batman recieves some intel from Lady Blackhawk (aka Black Canary of Justice League: Nextwave) and she reveals that her sources show that Zand is trying to create a nation of Assassins to rival the expanding League of Shadows in hopes to overtake the killing conglomerate. There is also a hidden motive to her actions that she could not get close enough to discover. Batman decides that they must find out her true motives before she's allowed to attain her goal, but cannot risk the League's status. His Alpha team, the Nextwave and the Trainees are all identifiable as members of the League, as well as the apprentices(which is why the Titans could not go as well). Batman decides to put together a team of operatives that have no ties to them to infiltrate Zandia and Stop Lady Zand...at all costs!
Halo: Hana Murasaki
Possesses the stolen abilites of several Halo Realm denizens.
Each halo comes from a different Order and Host and has a different ability:
Searaphin Order- Lion Host: Epiphany (a sudden realization, enlightenment)
Power: Light- yellow aura
Chaerubhim Order - Man Host: Theoria (the 'beholding', 'seeing' or 'vision' of God.)
Power: Holographic images- blue aura
Malakhim Order - Bull Host: Wrath (strong vengeful anger or indignation, divine chastisement)
Power: Concussion- orange aura
Eloehim Order - Eagle Host: Rapture (The transporting of a person from one place to another, especially to heaven)
Power: Tractor beam- indigo aura
Rephaim Order- Revenant Host: Sepulchre (a burial vault, tomb, or grave)
Power: Stasis beam- green aura
Nephelhim Order- Daemon Host: Perdition (eternal damnation in the fires of Hell)
Power: Heat- red aura
An assassin named Hana Murasaki, codenamed; Violet was commisioned to slay a number of angels (Halo Realm earthbound guardians). This was accomplished after making them mortal by separating them from their halos, which were then collected in an attempt to create an Ultimate Halo, Tenshu Obake Karuta Booster Card (a much more powerful version of the existing Halo Booster Card). After handing over the collected halos to her employer Carl Sands (the mortal guise of Tenshu Obake Karuta card, Shadow Thief), she was killed by another assassin he'd hired, Syonide. Her corpse was reanimated by the combined halos which transported her away. She awakens as a blank slate. When a group of thugs try to take advantage of the girl, it activates the Protection Protocalls of Tetsuo Kudo's nanosect device, and the Blue Beetle springs to her defense. During the fight, Syonide realizes that she has the good fortune to re-kill her target and get paid a second time. She fires a shot at her triggering one of her auras. she fights the assassin off until she is about to kill her in return, when Blue Beetle tries to talk her down. While she is distracted, Syonide escapes, and a rage filled Halo takes her anger out on Blue Beetle. She seems at war with herself and blinds him with Epihany before fleeing. He tells Lady Blackhawk of the incident, which was relayed to Batman.
O.M.A.C: Reibun Utsuro
Cybernetic Soldier outfitted with various biological and technological upgrades and weapons via teleportation rays from orbital satilite weapons vault.
The Orbital-Interface Modular Arsenal-Array Commando was developed by American scientific R&D government run facility, Cadmus. This cyborg warrior is linked to the Brother Eye satellite, which can grant him various biological and technological upgrades and weapons via teleportation rays. The Satiliate is operated by government operative, Sasha Bordeaux. She spends a lot of time on the satilite, but can use the teleportation technology to travel back and forth from the planet's surface. The former secret service agent was hand-picked by Max Lord (a finacial backer to Cadmus) to run ops on the O.M.A.C. project, which was activated when Operation: Guardian fell apart. They used an unwitting test subject to do a test run on the technology, who was a janitor named Reibun Utsuro. After using him for a few missions, they decided that the next phase of the program was ready to be implemented. Cadmus is able to repeat their success of the first OMAC and create an army of OMACs, after which they decide that he is now expendable. They need a key component from his body to active the new OMAC army, so they initiate his Recall Protocall. Bordeaux had deveolped a liking to him and facilitated his escape from his fate. She locked off access to the Brother Eye Satilite and decided to help him on his crusade as O.M.A.C. until they could find a way to safely purge the nanites from his body. The Martian Manhunter's computer is infiltrated surprisingly by the "primitive" earth technolgy and he recieves intel on the entire O.M.A.C. situation from the Brother Eye satilite. When he discovers through use of his telepathy that Batman and Black Canary are putting a Black Ops team together, he provides them with this info.
Geo:
Sea Samurai, Mystical Gauntlet of Tezumak allows for control over the Earth Element.
After the Missing Master Quest, Geo, The Sword of Lemuria reveals to his Sword-siblings Terra and Sand that one of the universal tenets of Sword Weilders is there can only be two; One Master, One Apprentice. Since Geo's younger sister Terra chose Sand as her apprentice when she claimed the sword in her brother's absence, one of the three of them would have to be eliminated fom the line of succession. This would occur either through mortal combat in a Possesion Challenge (where an apprentice challenges their master for the right to become The Sword), or voluntarily relinquishing their status which included a total memory wipe and banishment. Since the young Sand was not responsible for his predicament (or a match for either in battle), and Geo could no live with ending his siter's life or have her live with the fact that she had killed her only living relative, he chose banishment. Because he would no longer have the sword, the Earth Weaving Skills that had been passed down since the time of Swordmaster Aarden would be vulnerable. This is why his memory had to be wiped. Terra protested, but Geo was adamant. He told the two that he would pass on his knowledge of the forms thru a mind transfer technique and the recipient would have to use meditation to sift through the information to rediscover the techniques over time. He told Terra that she had to be more serious about her training as he approached and passed the knowledge and the Sword of Lemuria to ...SAND! Before he could explain why, the memory wipe comenced and the earth swallowed him and rocketed his body through its crust, finally launching him out of the sea. Geo would awaken on land with no memory of anything of his life under the sea. In fact, he would have a severe aversion to being submersed underwater, which would prevent him from discovering his ability to breathe under water. He retained his language skills, but nothing of his past or who he was. He would later return to the spot wher he awoke and see a symbol carved into the earth. Somewhow he was able to translate it as, GEO. After passing on the Earth-controlling Sword of Lemuria, Geo eventually gained another mystical item: The Gauntlet of Tezumak. The Gauntlet grants Geo strength, earth and gravity control, searing 'lava-blasts'. The small fishing village where he now dwells is where he would run into the recently banished Aqualad prior to the start of his Shaman Quest. he would relay the information to Batman to keep tabs on him prior to leaving the region.
Katana: Tatsu Yamashiro
Tsukomogami(artifact spirit) bonded to sword now possesing vacant human body, can fuse with sword.
After noticing the ancient Soulstealer Blade(that went missing from the destroyed museum) in the possession of a teenage schoolgirl, archeologist Ori Kisaki investigates and confronts Katana. After trying to reclaim the blade from her as Emerald Archer, a battle ensues and ultimately she flees. To her surprise, he meets her at her school the next day where he gives her an ultimatum; 12 hours to hand over the blade or he'd have to go to her house to get it. When she meets him, they are assaulted by The Key and his minions. They fight them off, where she finally explains her situation and he lets her keep the sword as it is rightfully her possesion.
Metamorpho: Ritsuhiko Matsumoto
Multi-elemental fused with Tenshu Obake Karuta Booster Card, Orb of Ra
After gaining his newfound elemental abilities and subsequently fleeing his school, Ritsuhiko went into hiding in the mountains. He spent a lot of time trying to quiet the voices in his head. On a day after Haru Katoh had bonded with the Lord of Hawks card, becoming Hawkman and subsequently flew away, Kendra Takagawa switched to her Hawkgirl form and was flying to clear her mind. Ritsuhiko saw her and assumed she was hunting him. he attacked her and they fought. when he knocked her unconsoius he saw her revert to Kendra. When she awoke, Shayera was conscious in Kendra's form. She recognized her captor as Ritsuhiko, to which he violently demanded to be referred to as Metamorpho as his former classmates had after his transformation. He wanted her to give him the secret to retaining his human form, which she could not. he threatened to harm her if she wouldn't reveal the secret and she stood vigilant. they both heard people in trouble and she convinced him to free her to help the people in need. he didn't want to because he knew she would leave and take the secret with her. ultimately, he let her go and she went to help the climbers (one of whom was Shifumi Shimazaki) who were being assaulted by cave-monsters. Still unable to shift to her true form, Shayera tried to engage them in Kendra's body and was eventually overtaken. Metamorpho showed up just in time to prevent the deaths of the climbers and Kendra/Shayera. He told her he would not return with her until he could walk amongst his family and friends as he had before the incident.
Black Lightning: Jefferson Pierce
Lighting elemental housed in human body, former android
After hunting for signs of the legend, the air elemental android, Red Tornado finally found the elusive First Android; Black Lightning, and he was indeed human. He asked him how he achieved such a miraculous transformation, and how could he do the same. He told him that in order for him to understand, he had to start from the the begining:
To prove that nature and science could coexist, Dr. Ashita Myounichidecided to capture elemental spirits, and house them in android bodies of his design. His first attempt was a lightning elemental, and would arguably prove to be the strongest, which he named Black Lightning. He told his creation that he was the perfect blend of nature and science and that he had a calling to help remind mankind that they were subject to nature's whim and had to stop destyoying the planet. Black Lightning changed nature's random acts of destruction to something more focused on perpetrators to the environment. After some successful strikes, he decided to create androids for earth, air, fire, and water. these were named: Yellow Avalanche, Red Tornado, Blue Inferno, and Green Tsunami . the androids would carry out their natural tasks of affecting the world, except now, the population could put a face to the destruction they dealt with. the androids would become hated and feared. the more he watched humanity, the more Black Lightning became fascinated with them. However he noticed what seemed like ambivilance towards the humans, evolve into what seemed more amd more like disdain from his cohorts. he befreinded a trio of siblings that he would secretly visit between missions. The sisters were suspicious, but the young boy embraced him. they taught him that all humans weren't threats to nature as well as the intricacies of human nature. Black Lightning realized that he was developing what the children described as a personality (the boy called it a "soul"), and he began to question his creator's missions. One by one, when his "siblings" were completed, they would go on solo missions, but at times be called together to make a statement. he grew more and more to detest the destruction he caused, but sensed danger when his creator thought he may be changing his way of thinking. He made it clear that if he were "malfunctioning" that he would have to be taken off line...permanently! The andriod quickly asserted that things were normal. Soon after, Black Lightning was sent to take out a physicist named Dr. Michael Pierce. Upon his arrival at his home, it seemed he was almost expecting him. His lack of fear puzzled the android. The scientist asked him if he noticed that every target that had been eliminated by him and his siblings, were at one point affiliated with their creator. He told the android that there was a bigger secret Myounichi was trying to keep hidden, and that he was being used...and it wasnt as a tool for nature's preservation. after the revelation that his entire existance was a lie and realizing that he could choose his own path, the android decided not to kill Pierce, but to help him. just then, the target was struck from behind by a blast of flame. The other androids walked into the room saying that they were sent to ensure that the target was taken out, and decided that something must be wrong since it was taking so long. realizing that his alliegiance was in question, he made up an excuse rather than risk them thinking him a liability and having to take them all on at once. They went down to the scientist's lab to retreive what they had come for. Black Lightning stayed behind looking over the corpse of Dr. Pierce trying to figure out his next move. that's when the scientist's son rushed in from school and saw their dead father. to the Black Lightning's surprise, it was one of the children that he had become friends with. he looked from the smoldering body to Black Lightning. Just when he was about to le out a cry, Black Lightning bolted the two of them out of the house and out of range of the others. The boy fought the android while he attempted to explain. he told him that it wasnt him that had killed his father and that he had to get him far away from the house before the others came back. Jefferson then reminded him that his sisters would be arriving any minute! Black Lightning raced back just as the girls walked in to see their dead father. They automatically assumed he killed their father and the oldest, Anissa triggered the smarthouse's defense systems. Yellow Avalanche, Blue Inferno, and Green Tsunami were locked in the lab while the android defended himself against his young friends and the weapons their father had invented. Anissa had a weapon that the androids system's alerted would cease his functions. In an act of self preservation, the android went to blast the weapon out of her hand. Arriving only to see his friend and his sister aiming to killl each other, the boy flung himself in the weapons' path taking the full brunt of elemental lightning. The android took a shot which cracked his mechanincal housing. realizing that he had killed the one link that brought him closest to being human, Black Lighting released a wave of what he would later identify as grief. with that flood of emotion pouring from his android housing, so did his elemental energies. They flowed right into Jefferson's deceased body. Somehow, the emotional link they shared, drew his elemental essence into the boy's body. The impact knocked out the girls. hearing the approach of the other androids, he instinctively willed the pieces of his former housing to cover his body like armor before they came into the room. seeing that the scientists daugther's were still alive, they asked what happened to the boy. BL told them he'd killed him. Satisfied that he was still operating under programmimg, they said the others needed to be eliminated as well. as they were waking up, Black Lightning hesitantly picked the two girls up by the throat as the others watched, and choked them till they stopped breathing. they they began to leave and BL said he'd get rid of the evidence. after they were out of sight, he dragged their bodies outside and used his powers as a defribrulator, shocking them back to life. he then called a lightning storm to destroy the house and left with the others. on their way back to base, Green Tsunami began to question him. she noticed something off about him and without warning created a whip of water that lashed him right in the crack in his housing. when a drop of blood came out, all three of the androids looked at each other, then attacked him. they fought, but he being more experienced was able to get the better of them and flee without them knowing where he went.
Black Lightning explained to his replacement, Red Tornado that if he wanted to become human, he would have to make an emotional connection to one and then kill them. Ironically in order to acheive that which he wanted most, he'd have to kill that which made him what he wanted most.
-Batman secretly recruits the members of the Outsiders.
- Geo is the Leader of the Outsiders (Co-leader under Batman).
- Geo acquires the Guantlet of Tezumak in Zandia.
- Eventually, the wearers of Tezumak's Gauntlets, Greives, Breastplate, and Helm will be merged together by the evil sorceress Gamemnae and Tezumak brought back to life for a destructive rampage, until he is defeated by the Justice League. After which, Geo would still possess the Gauntlet and its powers.
- After Sand becomes the new Sword of Lemuria, a distraught Terra refuses to accept either sword from the young warrior and leaves the undersea kingdom. Sand searches for Terra while carrying both the Sword of Lemuria and the training sword, Boulderdasher.
- Halo's auras provide a measure of defense against similar effects directed against her. For instance, her green stasis aura protects her from being immobilized, and her orange concussive aura can repel physical attacks.
- I chose words with religious relevence to name the abilities of Halo's auras
- The Violet Aura allows the sociopathic personality of Violet (Hana) control of the body, enabling her to use any/all of Halo's powers at once.
- The Angelic Orders are actually the different classes of angels in biblical belief(some of the spelling i intentionally altered), except for Rephaim (which can be a referrecnce to a race of giants or the residents of the Netherworld in the Hebrew Bible), and Nephilim(which although are usually defined as the offspring of an angel and a human, is actually derived from Hebrew as "Fallen").
- I chose to make the Nephelhim Order represent the "Fallen Angels" that rebelled against God and were banished to the Hell Realms(which is why their host is called Daemon).
- I chose to make the Rephaim Order represent the "Angels of Death" that claim souls and watch over them until judgement day. Revenant means "walking dead", which is why i chose to call their Host that.
- As i patterened OMAC off of the old Centurions cartoon, i made Sasha represnt Crystal Kane and Brother Eye is like Sky Vault.
- Sasha is now trapped on Brother Eye, after initiating the lockout. She has a history with Komori Watanbe from her time as a secret service agent.
- There were hundreds of souls that had been acquired over the years that were released from the Soulstealer when the blade was broken. Takahiro's soul remained behind due to his connection to the blade.
- I decided to make Anissa and Jennifer Black Lightning's sisters rather than his daughter's because of the age of the character.
- The Pierce sisters think that Black Lightning killed their father and brother, and are currently hunting him down to return the favor.
- When the human Black Lightning revived Anissa and Jennifer, he added some of his elemental essence in the process of reviving them. As a result, the two will develop abilities and adopt the codenames: Black Thunder and White Lightning.
- Charles Magnus (Metal Men storyline) was one of the android's targets.

I was thinking of some of the ideas I have had on the Dreaming and the Emotional Spectrum. Each Color represents a different persona in the dreaming.
Entity - Dreaming Entity - Emotional Entity
Black - Death - Black Entity
White - Delirium - White Entity
Blue - Despair - Adara(Blue Lantern)
Red - Destruction - The Butcher(Red Lantern)
Violet - Desire - The Predator(Star Sapphires)
Indigo - Destiny - Proleyzte (Indigo Tribe)
Orange - Dream - Ophidian (Orange Lantern)
And I add
Green - The Destroyer(The Spectre) - Ion (Green Lantern)
Yellow - Disturb(The Demon) - Parallax (Sinestro Corps)
I love your idea of having various host that have colored Halos that give them different powers. That's inspired and kinda puts together Geoff John's ideas of the emotional spectrum and my ideas on the Dreaming. Let me know if you are interested in having me say more about it.

This is another great picture, i find that the backstory's you have gave each of them fits perfectly with the designs you have given them, but i think OMAC's outfit make's him look a little too much like Megaman.

Yes, The Missing Master Quest is the storyline where all of the Seven Sea Swordsmen disappear and their apprentices take their place and find new apprentices to help them find the missing swordsmen. Geo's story picks up directly after the end of that story.
